Angel Food Cake Pan

This spring-release pan is one of my favorite tools when I’m baking specialty cakes or creating show-stopping desserts from the cookbook. The removable bottom means I can lift out delicate cakes, cheesecakes, or layered desserts without flipping or damaging them — and the lightweight aluminum ensures even baking without dragging down the oven racks.
